Paige Spiranac Turning the Mic Into Her New Favorite Club

Paige Spiranac has always drawn an audience. First as a college golfer, then as a social media force who mixed swing tips with style and wit. Now she says she has found something new, and maybe even better.

The former Arizona and San Diego State standout, followed by millions on X, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, has shifted much of her energy from the course to the microphone. She's become a voice for The Grass League, which calls itself the world's first high-stakes par-3 league.

"I was born to do this tbh lol," Spiranac posted last weekend, sharing her latest work in the booth. She later added that she believes she has "found my calling of being a golf commentator."

If that sounds like a hobby, Spiranac insists it's not. She says the league's format and energy have reignited her passion for the game.

"The Grass League is breaking boundaries and pushing golf into an exciting new era," she said. "I'm thrilled to join the Front Office and help shape not only how the league looks and feels but how it connects with fans and grows the game."

The tour is scheduled for three events this season. One was already held in May 2-3 in Tempe, Ariz., with the next slated for Aug. 30-31 in Oceanside, Calif., and the Dec. 5-6 championship, also in Tempe. Among the 11 teams, some have well-known ties, including Good Good Golf, 2023 U.S. Open champion Wyndham Clark and Los Angeles Dodgers manager Dave Roberts.

For Spiranac, it's not about the driver anymore. It's about the headset, the words, and a new way to stay in the game she never really left.
