TMZ obtained the dash cam video, which shows a confrontation between Suggs and another driver at a Scottsdale, Ariz., location. The two-time Super Bowl champion is seen backing up while in line, prompting the driver behind him to say Suggs had backed into his car. Both men briefly stepped out of their vehicles before returning to the line.

After receiving his order, Suggs gave the man behind him a middle finger. The exchange escalated when Suggs stopped his car, asked "you want to go?" and allegedly threatened to kill the other driver while holding a handgun out his window.

Suggs was arrested two days later and initially faced a misdemeanor charge of threatening or intimidating and a felony charge of disorderly conduct involving a weapon. He pleaded guilty in February to a reduced disorderly conduct charge and was sentenced in April to 18 months of supervised probation with multiple conditions.

Per Larry Brown Sports: "Suggs could then be seen receiving his order and giving the other man the middle finger as he drove off. The other driver was mumbling 'f- you' and presumably gesturing back at Suggs, who stopped his vehicle and asked 'you want to go?' The former Pro Bowl linebacker then threatened to "kill" the other man and held a handgun out of his window."

A first-round pick by the Baltimore Ravens in 2003, Suggs won two Super Bowls, made seven Pro Bowls, and earned NFL Defensive Player of the Year honors in 2011. He also spent time with the Arizona Cardinals and Kansas City Chiefs before retiring in 2019.
